Limited Company Directors Tax Services

Running a limited company brings filing duties for the company and for you as a director. We handle both, so the accounts, Corporation Tax return and your personal tax all line up.

What is included

  • Statutory year-end accounts
  • Corporation Tax return (CT600) filed with HMRC
  • Accounts and confirmation statement filed at Companies House
  • Director Self Assessment return
  • Advice on taking a tax-efficient mix of salary and dividends

Deadlines at a glance

Private company accounts are normally due at Companies House nine months after the year end. Corporation Tax is usually payable nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period, and the CT600 return is due within twelve months. We diarise all of these for you.

Planning, not just filing

Before your year end we look at your profit forecast with you, so decisions about dividends, pension contributions or equipment purchases are made while they can still make a difference.

Talk to an accountant

Tell us a little about your situation and we will come back to you with a fixed quote, usually within one working day.
